1. Automotive Technician/ Mechanic
We are looking for a skilled Auto Technician/ Mechanic in ALL 3 locations to maintain and repair vehicles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality.
Responsibilities:
Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
Keep logs on work and issues
Provide your own tools in good condition
Requirements:
Proven experience as auto mechanic
Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.

No auto dealership experience needed as we will train the right candidate! Looking for someone with great customer service skills that has phone/call center experience. Experience with Vin Solutions is preferred, but not necessary!

Prestige Auto Mart is looking for professional Automotive Sales Consultants to join our award winning sales team in ALL 3 locations! Unlimited earning potential! You will interact with customers to provide them with the knowledge they need to make an informed decision regarding the vehicle they are considering! Although used auto sales experience a plus, NO automotive experience necessary We will train the right candidate!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Consultants spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
Sales Consultants commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
Sales Consultants test drive vehicles to demonstrate features
Complete quotes and explain financing options for Used vehicles
Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
Support on-line customers by setting appointments
Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our Automotive Sales Consultants come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't have to have automotive sales experience to be successful but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and previous sales experience is a plus.
Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
Sales including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales is a plus
Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
Saturday availability is needed as well as evening hours
Valid U.S. Driver's license
Knowledge of VinSolutions a plus
Spanish/Portuguese/Creole Fluency is a plus
