The safety and value of our vehicles is one of our paramount concerns at Prestige Auto Mart. The Prestige Guarantee promises every vehicle undergoes a rigorous 30 point safety check upon arrival prior to sale. Everything from seat belts, brakes, tires, ball joints, struts, rotors, signals, and other safety and drivability items are checked and repaired if needed before you drive off the lot. All vehicles come with an initial warranty from the date of delivery: 30-60-90 days at our Massachusetts locations, and a 30-60 days at our Rhode Island location. Each used vehicle warranty is described below for your convenience.
Also referred to as the "Lemon Law Warranty," the Limited Used Vehicle Warranty assures every vehicle sold at our Westport & Taunton, MA locations against any defect, malfunction, or combination of defects or malfunctions, that impairs the safety or use of the vehicle for either:
Under this warranty, the dealer is responsible for full cost of all labor and parts necessary to repair covered defects except for a $100.00 deductible. If a defect that impairs the safety or use of the vehicle persists or recurs within the warranty period after either 3 repair attempts for the same defect or being out of service after being returned for repair of any defect(s) for a cumulative total of 10 or more business days, the dealer is responsible for your refund on that vehicle.
*Please Note: Defects covered by the manufacturer's warranty are not covered by this warranty. **Please Note: Vehicles with 125,000 miles or more on the odometer are sold as is with no warranty. By MA law, dealers are only obligated to ensure that the vehicle pass inspection.
Sold vehicles are not inspected prior to sale at the Westport & Taunton, MA locations. As a courtesy and a peace of mind to all our loyal customers, we provide inspection sticker vouchers upon registration of all sales. In the state of MA, all initial vehicle inspections on sold vehicles are expected to be completed within 7 business days upon registration completion. Should the vehicle not pass inspection for any reason, our service department guarantees to fix the issue until the vehicle passes. Every vehicle with 36,000 miles or less on the odometer comes with a 60 day or 3,000 miles (whichever comes first) warranty from date of delivery. Every vehicle with more the 36,000 miles but less than 100,000 miles on the odometer, comes with a 30 day or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first) warranty from the date of delivery. Under both warranties, the dealer is responsible for 100% of the cost for labor and parts for the covered systems that fall during this warranty period. Systems covered include:

Per Rhode Island law, all our vehicles are inspected prior to sale. Before taking delivery of your vehicle, be sure to check for a recent sticker completed within 90 days. A vehicle inspected prior to sale also ensures a 30 point safety check was fully completed. Please let your sales representative know if the vehicle is missing a sticker prior to delivery to make sure it gets inspected before you drive off.
